With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jane E. Higgins (Ocean City, New Jersey), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 4, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis (Higs); and her son James. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph of Ocean City, NJ and Michael (Terry) of Yardley, PA; her grandsons, Michael (Amanda) of Hyattsville, MD and Matthew (Rachel) of Washington, DC; her great grandchildren, Michael III and Mabel; and her brother James Hesson (Mary).

In lieu of flowers, donations to United Methodist Homes of NJ (UMH-NJ) Foundation, 2201 Bay Avenue, Ocean City, NJ 08226, would be appreciated.
