She was predeceased by: her parents, David Krantz and Florence Krantz; and her brothers, Eric Krantz and Howard Krantz. She is survived by: her husband Allan; her sons, Seth (Carole) of Randolph, NJ and Michael (Debbie) of Ridgewood, NJ; and her grandchildren, Emily, Sean, Kate, Jason and Rachel Zuckerman.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations in Carol's memory may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Disease.
