He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Hazard (Charles Kloepping) of Tempe, AZ; his siblings, Edward "Todd" Hazard (Peggy Hazard) of Wall, Doug Hazard (Anna Hazard) of Wall, Mark Hazard of Wall, Kim Ramsthaler (Doug Ramsthaler) of Brick and Kelly Zukswert (Dave Zukswert) of Lafayette; Anne (Mike Kirinovic) of Point Pleasant. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
