He is survived by: his wife Dana Bokelman of Manasquan; his children, Kelly Miller (Jerry), Meme, Juan, Nicholas, Laurie, John and Justin; his grandsons, Gerald Miller, III and Mason Koza; and his siblings, Carol McCallum (Gary), Robert Bokelman (Margaret) and Patricia Bokelman.
