He was predeceased by: his wife Ersilia Ruggiero. He is survived by: his children, Michele (Viola Ingui), Achille (Tiziana Casella), Mattheo Ruggiero (Diane Mistretta), Cesare (Daniella Schiano), Gennaro (Anna Rita Esposito) and Cristina (Maurizio Butrico); his grandchildren, Ciro, Michael, Salvatore, Santina Ingui, Daniela Esposito, Stefania, Annamaria, Alesandra, Cesare Schiano, Gianluca Casella, Tonimarie, Matthew Ruggiero, Angelo and Giulia Butrico; and his sister Anna Ruggiero of Italy. He is also survived by six great- grandchildren.
