He was predeceased by : his wife Rose Iammatteo D'Amato; his father Giovanni; and his brother Frank. He is survived by : his children, Michael D'Amato, Jr. and Lisa Marie D'Amato; his mother Maria; and his grandchildren, Emily, Daniel and Isabella. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
