She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Love and Helen Love. She is survived by: her daughters, Marilyn Osmundsen and Shawna Osmundsen; and her sisters, Marilyn Prychodnik, Helen Lois Hanewald and Janet St. Hilaire.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made in Phyllis' name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
