He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Devine and Daisy Devine. He is survived by : his wife Cynthia M. Devine of Wantage Twp; his sons, Ryan and Daniel Devine; his brother Robert Devine (Kesha) of Culvers Lake, NJ.; his aunt Joan Stevens; and his uncle Joe Devine.
