He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joan Oppen (Butula) and Elwood Oppen; his children, Kimberly Oppen, Elizabeth Pogue and Michael Oppen; his brothers, Peter, Michael and Paul Oppen; and his friend Kelly Oppen. He was also cherished by cousins, nieces, nephews, and many more friends and relatives.
