He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonin Simonetti and Rosalia Simonetti. He is survived by: his wife Rose; his children, Anthony Simonetti (Donna), Roseann Savasta (Frank), Linda DeCarlo (Danny) and Frank Simonetti (Concetta); his grandchildren, Michael Simonetti, Joseph Simonetti, John Savasta, Christopher DeCarlo, Anthony Savasta, Steven Simonetti, Dana DeCarlo and Matthew Simonetti; and his great grandchildren, Ava and Lucas Simonetti.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital are made in Frank's memory.
