He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen; and his parents, Carmela and Lawrence. He is survived by: his sisters, Ursula Cozzolino of Old Bridge and Angela Cozzolino of Old Bridge; and his nieces, Gina Leaver, Karen Del Russo-Ferroni, Lauren Servedio, Jaclyn Mandino-Beitler and Kimberly Bohn.
