He was predeceased by: his mother Irene Treiber Liberth; and his sister Susan Liberth. He is survived by: his wife Ana Millet Liberth; his son Patrick D. Paez of Old Bridge; his sisters, Barbara Zaremba (Alan) of Staten Island and Maureen Liberth of Brooklyn; his father Eric Liberth of Brooklyn; and his nieces and nephews, Lauren, David, Vanessa, Angela, Ariel and Maritza.
