He is survived by: his wife Joanna Nowak (Leszczynska); his children, Emily and Matthew; his parents, Krystyna (Karpiej) and Jan Nowak; his brother Daniel; his grandparents, Waclaw Karpiej and Stanislaw Karpiej (Mitrus); his parents-in-law, Tamara Leszczynski (Kiryluk) and Victor Leszczynski; his brothers-in-law, Adam Leszczynski and Tadeusz Leszczynski; and also Joanna Nowak. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Rafal's wife Joanna Nowak, would be most appreciated.
