He was predeceased by : his former life partner Idania; and his siblings, Mercedes Maria, Mamerto and Bernardo Fernandez Barrera. He is survived by : his wife Marta; his children, Mary Ann and Isidro Fernandez; his grandchildren, James, Luca, Rocco, Lucia, Santiago, Rodrigo, Cassandra, Sabrina, Victoria, Christian, Gabrielle, Rebecca and Zachary; and also Johanna Velasquez. He is also survived by his family, friends.
