He is survived by: his significant other Mary; his children, Kenneth Neal, Jr. (Tamika), Michele Hughes and William Hughes; his sister Deborah Whitaker (David); his grandchildren, Najah, Natosha, Haleem, DaShawn and Brandon; and his great grandchild Sanaa. He is also survived by the fifth child of seven children; the only son.
