He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda; and his parents, John and Eugenia. He is survived by: his children, Irene Smith (John) and Thomas Majewski; and his grandchildren, Jason Smith and Laura Smith.

The family requests that everyone attending the wake and funeral to please wear masks.
