She was predeceased by: her parents, Pio Balingcongan and Ana Balingcongan; and her siblings, Dr. Estelita Villazor, Dante Balin and Efrem M. Balin.
She is survived by: her sons, Angelito B. Cabral, Jr. (Darlene) and Reginald Cabral (Rowena); her grandchildren, Ryan, Reed, Kylie, Christian, Jayce and Kaley; her siblings, Mario Balin, Ruben Balin, Oscar Balin, Eduardo Balin, Cesar Balingcongan, Cely Tay and Susan Venzi; and her close friend James Pecora.
Interment will take place Saturday morning, April 3 at 10:00 a. m. in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ Relatives, and friends are invited to visit at the funeral home on Thursday, April 1 from 4 to 8 p. m. Face masks and social distancing will be required.
