He is survived by: his pet Shadow; his sister Trish; his friend Attorney Howard Berman; his mother Kathleen Davies McCarthy; his stepmother Michelle Garside McCarthy of Union; his sister Patricia Wegener (Phillip); his nephew Stephen; his niece Elizabeth; his sister Deirdre DeNero; his nephew Anthony; his niece Rebecca; his uncle Gerard; his aunt Judith Davies; and also, Andrew, Gregory and Douglas. He is also survived by wives, children, and numerous other cousins.
