Efrem Balin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Efrem Balin of Paramus, New Jersey, who passed away on March 15, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pio Balingcongan and Ana Balingcongan; and his siblings, Dr. Estelita Villazor and Dante Balin. He is survived by: his wife Elvira Balingcongan; his children, Ronald Balin and Cheryl Balin-Orpilla (Celerino Jr.); his granddaughter Cassandra Orpilla; and his siblings, Mario Balin, Ruben Balin, Oscar Balin, Cely Tay, Avelina Cabral, Eduardo Balin, Susan Venzi and Cesar Balingcongan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
