He was predeceased by: his wife Joan; his children, Cynthia Ann Winnie and Clifford Winnie (Joyce); his sibling Jerry Winnie (late Mary); and his daughter-in-law Maureen.
He is survived by: his son Christopher G. Winnie (Nicole); his grandchildren, Jessica Priest (David), Matthew Winnie, Cassandra Winnie, McKenna Winnie and Emmerson Winnie; his great grandchildren, Brenna, Conner and Callen Priest; and his brothers, Robert Winnie (Brenda) and Kenneth Winnie (Joanne). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
