She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Filomena Deluca Donato and Vincenzo Donato; her husband Michael; her children, Joseph of Torrence, Amelia of Paramus, Filomena (Frank) of Mahwah and Dr. David Luongo (Linda) of Maywood; her grandchildren, Christopher, Selena Bonura, Michael and Aidan Luongo; her siblings, Rosalinda Donato Fioravanti, Marietta Donato Pesce and Giuseppe Donato; her aunt Lina Deluca; and her nieces and nephews, Anna Pesce, Fernando Pesce, Vincenzo Pesce, Filomena Pesce, Giuseppe Fioravanti, Vincenzo Fioravanti, Patricia Gagliardi Beckman, Karen Gagliardi Rothman, Vincent, Frank, Arlene Gagliardi, Annamarie Baiocchi, Joseph, Patricia Polise, Justin, Rita Polise, Mark, Brett, Cynthia Luongo, Jean, Robert Collins, Michael Nonnio, Patricia Conkling and Mary Polise. She was also cherished by grand nieces, and nephews.
As an expression of sympathy, a memorial contribution in her name to the National Kidney Foundation 11921 Rockville Pike, Suite 300, Rockville, MD 20852. would be greatly appreciated, as she suffered from CKD, Chronic Kidney Disease. In lieu of flowers, the family is making a donation to the nursing staff, working tirelessly in Valley Hospital as well as Assisted Living and nursing homes in Bergen County, who have been greatly overlooked during this global pandemic; acting as both caregivers and family members, all day everyday.
