She was predeceased by : her significant other Gary; and her parents, James Patterson and Jeanne Patterson. She is survived by : her sister Robyn; her children, Bruce and Larissa Cartier; her stepsons, Matthew and Michael Lavelle; and her grandchildren, Tyler and Samantha Cartier.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Memorial (113 S Farview Ave, Paramus, NJ 07652). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. An entombment was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 11:45 AM at the George Washington Memorial Park (234 Paramus Rd, Paramus, NJ 07653).
