He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Otis and June Otis; his siblings, Susan Ernst of Oak Ridge, NJ, Kim Otis of Phoenix, AZ and Fred Otis of Gouldsboro, PA; his aunt Edythe Otis; his nieces, April Zimmerman, Marlena Taglieri, Emma Otis and Cecilia Otis; and his nephew Justin Rauch.
