She is survived by: her children, Andrew Ortiz (Heather) of Wallkill, Wendy Cassese (Edmund) of Wallkill and Jeffrey Ortiz (Alison) of Hagerstown, MD; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Christian, Ryleigh Ortiz, Abigail Cassese, Emily Cassese, Emma, Madelyn, Henry, James, Philomena, Leo, Lillian and Maria Ortiz; and her siblings, Evaristo Antelo of Wilmington, NC and Ida Vanek of Midland Park, NJ. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews and beautiful friends.
