He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Sturgis and Barbara Sturgis; his brother Wayne; and his sister-in-law Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Martin Sturgis; his brother John Sturgis (Christine); his mother-in-law Mary Martin; and also, Michael, Trish Martin, Danny, Linda Martin, Billy and Sue Martin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
