He is survived by: his wife Cheryl J. Blei; his daughters, Ann Marie Amsden and Leean Hunchak (Joseph); his stepson Derek Engel (Diana); his siblings, Michael DeCaito, Frances Quinn (Dennis) and Paula DeCaito; and his grandchildren, Brice Amsden, Carolina Hunchak, Kayla Hunchak and Ava Marie Engel.
