She is survived by: her husband Thomas Donadio; her daughters, Nicole Donadio of Parsippany, NJ and Danielle Volkmann (Anton); her mother Arlene Orlando of Whippany, NJ; her sister Holly Och (Chris) of Bedminster, NJ; and her pet Daisy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Carolyn's memory to St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center in Madison, NJ - an organization close to her heart.
