He was predeceased by: his father John R. Fleitstra Sr. (Janine) of Parsippany. He is survived by: his mother Catherine Fleitstra-Hardenburg; and his siblings, Fallon Fleitstra of Parsippany and Curtis J. Hardenburg of Union. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
