She is survived by: her husband Farouk Boutrus; her children, Ghassan Hanna of Parsippany, Mervat Hanna of Parsippany and Manal Bessler of Whippany; her grandchildren, Julie Bessler, Kirsten Bessler and Amir Farag; her siblings, Samir, Iza Nakhla and Sophie Nakhla of Cairo; and her siblings' children, Fouad, Emad Nakhla of New York and Yvonne Nakhla of Bayonne.
