He was predeceased by: his former wife Alice; and his daughters, Judy and Jill. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Sarah and Richard; his daughter-in-law Rebecca; his granddaughters, Erin and Grace; his daughter Janice; his son-in-law Nick Krasnow; and his sister Charlotte Hoffman.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Dick's memory may be sent to the church and designated for Edna's Haven, the Food Cupboard, the musicians fund, or Faith Kitchen.
