With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Lota of Paterson, New Jersey, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on September 13, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Gerald Lota; her children, David G. Lota (Lisa) of Midland Park and Kathleen H. Lota of West Milford; her grandchild Kalli Lota; and her sisters, Carol Tjakkes of Toms River and Helen Bongiorno of Hawthorne.
Marilyn had asked that flowers kindly be omitted and memorial donations made to Alzheimer's Association, the ALS Foundation, the Parkinson's Disease Foundation, or to Wounded Warrior.
