She was predeceased by: her spouse Van Jones Sr.; and her sisters, Cynthia Alexander, Cecile Johnson and Stephanie Burgess. She is survived by: her daughter Lawanda M. Burgess of Pasadena, MD; her stepsons, Paris Van Jones Jr. of Washington, D. C. and Curtis Jones of Columbia, MD.; and her sisters, Patricia Nixon and Laverne Harden (Emanuel). She is also survived by 4 Grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 15 nieces & 11 nephews.
