She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Fackleman and Helen Zdepski Fackleman. She is survived by: her husband Thomas H. Kummer; her daughters, Melissa Santin of Ewing, NJ and Sarah Santin of Pennington, NJ; and her siblings, David Fackleman of Tioga, PA, Diane DeMott and Darlene Fackleman of Newtown, PA.
