He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Korenz and Stephanie Korenz (Yakubik); and his sister Emely Eckel (Howard Eckel). He is survived by: his spouse Margueritte R. Korenz (Smythe); his children, Edward J. Korenz, Jr., Thomas J. Korenz (Ria) and Marguerite Nebbia; and his great grandchildren, Rachel Korenz, Amanda Korenz, Eva Nebbia, Leah Nebbia, Kaitlyn Korenz, Nicole Snyder (Steven) and Jennifer Wenge (Keld).
