He is survived by: his parents, Edward O. Kazimir and Mary Sechny Kazimir; his former wife Patricia Kazimir; and his daughters, Erica Olivia Kazimir (Vincent Millicenti) of Oak Park and Kathleen Marie of Chicago.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the WGA Caddie Scholarship Fund, 49 Knollwood Road, Elmsford, NY 10523, a program dear to Ed's heart, as he caddied as a young man, and this program funded his college education; he provided continuing support to it over the years.
