Allen; his daughter-in-law Judi Allen; his sons, Kenneth W. Jr. (Theresa Allen) and Craig R. Allen of Pennington; his daughter-in-law Vania Allen of Titusville; and his sister Connie Kilmer of Titusville. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
