He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Heitzman and Cheryl Heitzman. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas J. (Evan) of Moorestown, NJ, James F. (Tracy) of New Hope, PA and Katherine M. Harkness of Princeton; and his brother-in-law William F. Harkness of Pennington. He is also survived by niece and several nephews.
