He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W. Blackwell and Carol D. Blackwell; his sister Geri Blackwell; and his nephew Ronald Conklin, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Madison, Brooke and Jackson; his brothers, David Blackwell (Barbara), Mark Blackwell (Joan Ann), Neal Blackwell (Kim) and Eric; his sister-in-law Alessandra Kop; his nieces, Chloe and Ella Kop; and also Christina Alexis Blackwell (Broderick).
