He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Gallagher and Helene Gallagher. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen A. Gallagher; his daughters, Corinne Gallagher of Oceanside, CA and Tina Stanton of New York; his granddaughter Avery; his niece Nadine Parlapiano (Michael); his great-nephews, Alec and Billy; and his great-niece Trista.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in William's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl.
