He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen R Jr. Chase and Violet M Chase; and his brother-in-law Brian Killcommons. He is survived by: his sisters, Debbie Fredo (Nick) and Alene Chase Kilcommons; his siblings' children, Dawn Dougan (Joey), Nicole Fredo and Nicolas Fredo; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexis, Ashlyn, Chris, Phoenix, Reed, Colton and Jaxson.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Riverview Cemetery.
