He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Suggs and Almeta Suggs (Joyner); his wife Jacqueline Suggs; and his brothers, John Walter Suggs and Melvin Earl Suggs.
He is survived by: his children, Bunny Lyons (Kevin), Claude Jeremiah Suggs and Ryan Eric Suggs (Sarah); his grandchildren, Kae Lani Palmisano (Jonathan), Lucas Suggs and Lando Suggs; and his siblings, Goldie Tillman, Minnie P. Freeman, Pastor Wilbert Suggs, Mae Thelma Camacho, Rufus Suggs (Louise), Evangelist Elvin Williamson, Minister Olivia Haggins (Bishop Clarence Haggins), Deacon Arnold Lee, Lillian Suggs, Minister Della Jones (Cleveland), Evangelist Ella Suggs, Deacon Calvin Suggs and Willie Suggs. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation services will be held in accordance with COVID guidelines, therefore limiting individuals within the facilities.
