She was predeceased by : her parents, Bernard, Sr. Connor and Joanne Connor; her son Steven J. Laning; and her siblings, James and Diana.

She is survived by : her children, David A. Laning and Jennifer K. Laning-Fontaine (Alex); her grandchildren, Ashlyn, Abigayle, Annika, Olivia, Makealyn Laning, Arianna Fontaine and Michael Cortes; and her siblings, Joanne and Bernard Jr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
