She is survived by: her husband Samuel T. Slattery; her children, Cyndi Brandt (Bernie), Sandra "Mindy" Collins (Mike), Susan Clements (Dave) and David Slattery; her grandchildren, Samantha (Steve), Tory (Stephen), Will (Ariana), John (Michele), Tim (Rachel), Madison (Russ), Matthew, Peter, Evalina, Andrew and Maeve; her great grandchildren, Myla, Norah, Rylee, Aviva and Ellie; and her caregiver Beatrice Onabiyi.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Funeral Home (6600 Browning Rd, Pennsauken Township, NJ 08109). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Lakeview Memorial Park.
