She was predeceased by : her parents, Karl Teal and Carmella Pipitone Teal; her son Robert Stischok; and her sister Ruth Venuto. She is survived by : her husband Charles W. Shearer; her sons, Ronnie Stischok and Kenny Stischok; and her siblings, Donna Dalton, Jeanie Markland and Karl (Joseph Teal). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
