He was predeceased by: his parents, Janice Hall and Harry Hall; and his brother Jeffery Hall. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Hall; his daughter Monika Puitz; his son-in-law Tyler Puitz; and his granddaughters, Kolette and Margot.
