She is survived by: her husband Frank Eastlack; her children, Carol Davis (Mike), Donald Eastlack and David Eastlack; her sisters, Doris Moore, Jo Miller (John) and Katherine McCoo; and her grandchildren, Brad Davis, Amanda Davis, Lauren Eastlack and Tilly Forlack. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
