He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Collins Hurley and Lloyd Fulton Hurley; his parents-in-law, Anthony L. Priest, Rose Priest and Velia Priest; and his brother-in-law William Truxton Mifflin.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his sister Sandy Mifflin; his niece Brittany Samuels (Mark); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brandon, Megan, Brenna, Brooke and Curtis; and his pet Gracee.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Laughrey Funeral Home (1 N Broadway, Pennsville, NJ 08070). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Pennsville Township Historical Society, 86 Church Landing Road Pennsville, NJ 08070 or Pennsville VFW Post 1952, 171 South Broadway Pennsville, NJ 08070 to honor William's memory and lifelong commitment to his community.
