It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmen Pagan of Perth Amboy, New Jersey, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on March 5, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Segundo Rangel and Rose Rangel; and her sister Rosa Cabrero. She is survived by: her sons, Jesus Pagan (Monica) and Julio Pagan (Shelley Palmer); her siblings, Marta Delgado and Edwin Martinez; and her grandchildren, Monica, Emma, Matthew, Isaiah, Justin and Jacob.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictions placed on gatherings and activities, all current guidelines are to be observed during visitations, including the use of face coverings and social distancing.
