She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas Papageorgiou; her parents, Panayiotis Mavrookas and Stavroula Mavrookas; and her siblings, George, John, Panayiota and Demetra Mavrookas.
She is survived by: her children, Virginia Luck (Christopher) of Mount Desert Island, ME and Bob Papageorgiou (Andrea) of Island Heights; and her grandchildren, Madison, Samantha, Olivia and Ava. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions to Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 41-47 Wisteria Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861 in Georgia's memory would be greatly appreciated by her family.
