She was predeceased by: her husband Henry L. Sipos; and her parents, John and Mary. She is survived by: her siblings, Michael J. Churak, Mary Pado, John, Joseph and Frank Churak; and her children, Barbra Schmid and Michael (Helen "Honey" Sipos). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
